Services & pricing

An admission letter doesn't unpack your suitcase.

Most agencies stop the day you get accepted. That's the day the hard part starts — in a country you've never been to, in a rental market that doesn't answer emails from abroad. Here is everything we do, and exactly what each part costs.

Admission & visa documents
We shortlist programmes against your grades, budget and field, then prepare and check the whole file — transcripts, motivation letter, proof of English, and the document set your consulate will ask for — and track the application to a decision. University application fees, translations, apostilles and the consulate's own visa fee are paid by you, directly to them.

Airport pickup
Met at arrivals and taken to your accommodation. In Lisbon this is a direct car pickup and drop-off. For other cities we arrange the public or private transport for you in advance and send step-by-step instructions you can follow half-asleep after a long flight; the ticket or fare itself is charged at cost.

Temporary accommodation
One or two weeks in a hostel we've found, checked and booked, so you arrive with a confirmed bed and a base to search from instead of paying tourist rates in a panic. This is our arranging fee. The hostel bill itself is paid separately, by you, to the hostel.

Finding your room
We contact landlords and agencies on your behalf in the local language, screen out the deposit scams that target new international students, line up viewings, and secure a room that fits your budget and preferences. Our fee for finding and securing the room. Rent, deposit and any agency charge are paid separately, to the landlord.

Additional services
Registering your residence, opening a bank account, a local SIM, enrolling at the university, and whatever else your move throws at you. Tell us what you need and we'll tell you if we can do it. Priced per request, quoted before we start. Never charged for something we haven't done.
